Active QA Testers who consistently go out of their way to bug test, find faults and generally are active within reporting bugs will be rewarded. Monthly evaluations take place to ensure this is kept consistent.

I'm not opposed to adding a loyalty reward on top of the challenges, it promotes dedication and activity. The reward(s) will need to be stable and balanced, however. We'll need more input before pursuing this.
