 200M Mining will give me ~150,000 Amethysts.

 

 40-99 Thieving From Master Farmers (60,000 Actions Needed)

 

 With the 150,000 Amethysts, I will Craft them into 2,250,000 Amethyst Arrow Tips, Giving 45M Crafting XP

 Making 2,250,000 Amethyst Arrows will give me 152,000,000 Fletching XP

 

I'll begin the Crafting grind Straight After 200M Mining is Achieved.

  Gems from Level 30-20M Mining Motherlode Mine

 After Level 85 Crafting is Achieved, I'll Craft the 150,000 Amethysts into Arrow Tips 

 Achieve 200M Woodcutting

 Fletch The Final 50M into Shafts / Longbows to Supply the 2.3M Arrow Tips.

 Burn The Left Over Logs + Wintertodt for 200M Firemaking.

I began by Thieving women at home until I obtained the entire Rogue's Outfit. (1/200 per piece)

Then I got 100 Total Level whilst training Agility.

 

Then, I grinded out Agility in order to have the Full Graceful Outfit (104 Marks)

I've also Unlocked the Upper Level of the Mine. (40 Nuggets)

When I get Level 92 Mining, I'll go to Amethysts to get 99. I'll use them Amethysts to help me Achieve 99 Crafting / Fletching by making Amethyst Arrow Heads.

I can now get Runite Ore from the Pay-Dirt.

Incase you're wondering, I get my Smithing Levels from Repairing the Water Wheels.
