  1. The thing is that the grind doesnt back up the loss @ a death in pvp 

    Thats why there is no edge pking

    One has to work 2 hours just to get one set for a simple melee fight, that's a mood killer even thought that's the only thing that makes pking profitable 

    There should be easier and faster ways of making cash ingame, like the pre nerf amethyst mining, not as broken and superficial as it was tho. 

     


  2. 2 missing rewards from wilderness diary

    Lesser fanatic has no chat option to toggle the option of noting lava bones

    Lundail has no chat option to claim free runes

    Could you guys check if other rewards/functions from other diaries aren't missing too? 

    Ps: I'm a player who continuously finds flaws, missing content/missing functions in the game and never saw them fixed (not a big deal), I wonder what the beta testers do in the beta server...

    I like the streak idea

    If im not wrong there are 3 challenges a day atm soa maybe a score system could be added where after a player completes all 3 tasks 1 point is obtained 

    After completeting daily challenges 3 times one gets extra 5 or 10 points like the slayer system as mentioned by @ACPKingZ

    With the score system one uses the points to generate a 4th challenge, that being the limit of max challenges per day

    The 4th task could have a cost of 3 points

    @HxrdcoreThis is for the case where daily challenges stays as a simple and minimalist feature. 

    One question emerges tho, should daily challenges have a limited amount of challenges (3+1)or should a refresh system be added where after completing every 4th task one gets 3 new tasks, dtill being able to purchase the 4th task again and again

    This could become a great money making method and also a great way to create stocks of supplies in the grand exchange

     

    We should consider if to cancel/resetva challenge one has to spend coins or points of the score system

    I think that something from 25k to 150k/200k should be a good cost, corresponding to the challenge difficulty (easy/med/hard/elite). This would make the cash reward less Op. 

    For pvm challenges make it give slayer xp along with the cash reward

    For pvp challenges make it give emblem store points along with the cash rewards

    Also add slayer tasks as challenges, like get a slayer task from X slayer master

    Devs gotta then divide into categories the slayer masters and match them to the corresponding difficulty system of the daily challenges system (easy/med/hard/elite) 

    The skilling rewards are fine as they are, skilling xp along with the cash reward

    Agree, also the easy/elite system has to be twicked

    At the moment its rolled based on combat level, thus once you get close to 126 combat you only get hard/elite tasks

    It would be interesting seeing easy/med tasks for high combat too instead of only hard/elite. It makes the cash income not Op.

    Support for these except the pk ones. Very circumstantial and not always able to be completed.

    1- I see it more like challenges of the day...? You might be right tho, 2 tasks of each doesnt make sense in that case, plus the challenges are set to 3 a day so yh maybe I exagerated there

    2- Thats why I pointed out the money sink system where one can reset a challenge if one doesnt feel like doing it

  6. Add to daily challenges the chance of getting cash reward like the wildy slayer tasks give the chance of upgrading wildy emblems. 

     

    The rewards could go from 50k to 500k.

    (maybe 500k sounds a lot but if one works well with chance system + amount of cash rng it wont come introduce too much cash to the game.

    If by testing it 500k comes out being too much then just lower the value of the max reward.

    [You guys then should also take a look at how many challenges one can get in 24hrs or work on a task refresh system.] - Dont comsider this one for now 

    One could also add a money sink system where one pays like 100k for a new challenge or 100k to change a challenge one doesnt feel like doing. ) 

     

    At this point one could expand the table of daily challenges tasks like:

    Defeat X boss X times (from 3 to 25 according to easy/elite system) 

    Kill X monsters (from 10 to 200 according. to easy/elite system) 

    Kill X monsters in the wilderness (from 20 to 200 according to easy/elite system) 

    Kill X players at edgeville/rev cave/deep wilderness/any level of the wilderness (from 3 to 20 according to easy/elite system) 

    At this point one could make 1 or 2 challenges of each time be generated every day (skill challenge, pvm challenge, pvp challenge which goes for pvm in wild, player kills in wild and skill in wild.

     

    Pros of buffing daily challenges:

    Increase economy (this works well if player based increases) 

    Get players to actually do the challenges since the xp reward is not encouraging enough

    Hope to get pvp in edgeville active

  8. Add a scroll that alows one to change its ingame (only) name once x time to emblem shop or ::store or to vote or loyalty shop

    Make it either tradable or not

    Price it around 25 store points or 1m points if adding it to emblem shop 

    25 store points is a good price, it can then be trade between players for 1M-3M which is a good price for a name change (if one adds a timer x [7 days or 14 days like in rs])

    A nice idea but personally, I think things like that can make the server look tacky. Zenyte tries to replicate OSRS as much as possible which in turn gives us this feel of 'Cleanliness' so to speak.. I just feel that things like this could ruin that. 

    Runescape has such a thing and it is found between grand Exchange and the bridge that takes you to edgville. It's Rs2 but I'm pretty sure it doesnt change the game that much if not at all. 

    It is good to promote wilderness activity.
