Agree with every single point.
Only thing I'm iffy on is the specific pricing of the item list suggested for shop. I think there should be a bit of a lazy tax in a way that rewards the players who went out of their way to get the lvls to make those potions. Those Potions should never be cheaper (or come too close to) the street price of the raw ingredients to make it.
Also pets absolutely should maintain some level of rarity but 1:1 pet rate is rough af. I think halving it or 75% as to not piss off players who grinded specifically for a pet would be fair.

One option could be access to CA shop right after easy completion but you'd be limited to recoils, phoenix neck, bones to peach, black chins.
Medium would unlock purple sweets, slayer skip scroll, sherlock notes.
Hard could be required to buy inferno skip scroll & maybe include something else in there as well.

+1 on obtaining all diary awards from diary npcs. I suggested this in another thread last year but it got largely ignored. No reason why I can't get wildy sword 1-3 just because I'm at 4.

Seems to me you're just butthurt because your money making method got nerfed. I agree with Life, amethyst bought way too much gp into the game, and it was on par with money per hour with most high level bosses. Pretty sure up until the nerf, mining was the most profitable skill.
You picked up on this, thought you'd make big bank from this obvious oversight and now that's it's been corrected, you're all up in arms about how staff handled the issue.None of the alternative suggestions I've seen above are better than nerfing the price. Maybe it should've only been a 60% nerf instead of 75%, but a price nerf was required.
Slowing down the rate of amethyst gathering is unfair to anyone mining after the nerf, and it unfairly gives the people (like you) that mined amethyst before the nerf, an unfair advantage.
I mean just think about this logically, did you really think the devs intended for mining to be the most profitable skill? No, of course not, but you still dedicated a bunch of hours into it, and now you're pissed because an unfair aspect of the game got patched. Sucks2suck, maybe if you played the game normally and not like a gold farmer, this wouldn't have happened to you.

Varrock Armour 2 requires 5 def (fremmy boots 2 require 40 and wildy sword 2 requires 50 attack).
I know staff wants diary rewards to reflect OSRS so it'd be pointless to even suggest to change all diary rewards requirements to 0 (even though if you're able to get the reward on zenyte as a pure, you should totally be able to wear the reward) so I propose the following:
Let the npc give the player an option of what reward they want to claim, that way I can at least wear my tier 1 rewards instead of nothing at all because I wanted the extra xp lamp.. -

Some of my support is hesitant. I like the server because it's very reminiscent of OSRS, and yet still has it's own unique changes to give it that extra charm. I think lowering the defense requirements for Lunar and Black Mask/Slayer Helmet are reasonable exceptions that could be made. I think adjusting the Hardleather set to 1 defense is also reasonable, though I hesitate to allow studded to be lowered to 10 defense, so it's partial support. I don't support XP locking, and I don't think other servers having it is a good reason for Zenyte getting it either. Unique accounts are unique because they operate within the restrictions imposed on themselves, if you make a mistake and it ruins the uniqueness of the account then you should have to either rebuild or reinvent the account to something else.
You're right "others server have it" isn't a good argument for any feature addition, I mostly meant it as an observation. I do see your point that mistakes and fuckups should be punished though so players are more careful in the future. I still think having to restart your account or change the type of pure is too harsh especially since most pure fuckups occur by accident. I propose the xp reset npc again but this time with a cost. Have him charge you gp per level reset, so if you accidentally get 41 def on a rune pure, a reset would cost you 40 x (let's say) 50k, so 2m. You could also put it as an item in a special shop but that's extra work for devs.

I actually didn't think of that, but your xp reset npc idea prevents players from using whip without gaining attack xp. I mostly just want an attack reset in case someone makes like a 40 or 60 attack pure for example and accidentally goes on stab too many times
