Appreciate it! That's a really nice collection! I think I'm just over 300 tasks in the wild, but like you, I've given/sold a lot of t10s away, but I got greedy with the Larrans keys and opened a bunch after they were updated, and I like to high alch my task skip scrolls. I noticed you do all of the bosses, I'm an ironman so getting the craws bow would be a huge time sink, but even so I think I'd still be too lazy to do any more wilderness bosses lol. Cannoning is definitely the way to go no matter what, but some people might not have the steel bar collection to constantly pump out cannonballs. 🤷‍♂️

  2. Okay, so let me start off by saying I've never done a guide before, so my apologies if it's scuffed, but a few people have asked for advice since I probably spend more time than anyone else doing wilderness slayer. Feel free to comment any other questions you may have below, or pm me on discord and I will happily do my best to edit things in to make this guide better. Lastly, you don't HAVE to follow my blocked tasks/ task choice, but I'm going to post which ones I prefer to do the most/least, as well as which ones I block/cancel. THIS GUIDE IS ASSUMING YOU WILL CANNON, ALTHOUGH IT'S COMPLETELY ACCEPTABLE NOT TO.

    Blocked Tasks:

    image.png.8d91067a9af999d969efa9d1c565d48f.png
I block Ice giants/Ice warriors/ earth warriors because they seem to pop up a substantial amount, and even though they're pretty quick, two of them (ice things) are deep wild
I forgot why I blocked spiritual creatures, I think you can get assigned them both in wildy slayer and non wilderness, and they're just annoying.
Black dragons are extremely tedious, and they're deep in the revenant caves where most of the pkers go. I will do lava dragons occasionally depending on how much free time I have.
Ents are in a decent spot in the wild, and they are relatively weak, HOWEVER: they take FOREVER to respawn on top of the fact that there are so few of them and you can't really cannon them properly, therefore I just blocked them entirely.

Skipped Tasks: I skip some of these all the time, and some most of the time, I will be specific and give the reasons why.
Revenants: Most of the time for a few reasons. It's camped by pkers, and although I don't risk much (you'll see the setups down below), it's still a little annoying to be killed. I always stay unskulled because of slayer helm etc. , so the drop rates are skewed for me personally. The Revs I do kill are extremely high in hp, so a singular task takes a long time. If you need cash, I would recommend doing these,
Bears: Most of the time. They're easy to kill, you won't get attacked, but it's a little tedious to get to, and as far as I know, the biggest spawn is a 3 spawn so it can be a little tedious
Dark warrior: Sometimes. They are in a great spot, it's easy to spot incoming pkers, however due to their high hp, inability to cannon, and no good drops, it's not worth it time wise unless you're willing to barrage, or if you have a lot of free time for the task itself.
Rogues: Sometimes. These have a lot of benefits such as being in a big spawn, and relatively low hp while being able to cannon, however they're extremely deep in the wild, and they don't have any good drops that I can think of off the top of my head.
Lava Dragons: Most of the time. Although slow because of their extremely high hp and in deep wild, PKers rarely go there, pair that with the fantastic average drops+ Safe spottable, it makes for an okay task.

Black Demons: Sometimes. I'm extremely picky, I will only do these in Edgeville dungeon due to the fact that I like to bring decent gear and kill them as fast as possible. They are extremely high hp, but they do have very very good average drops, so they're worth doing if you're willing to risk very little in the Forinthy Dungeon, or if Edge Dungeon is available.

Tasks you NEVER skip no matter what

Ankou: I would dare say these is the best task by far, low hp and there's a ton of them in the Forgotten cemetery. The ONLY downside is when you cannon, you'll waste a decent amount of Cballs killing other things such as ghosts and skeletons, but it's well worth the trade-off.

Chaos Druid: A fantastic task, decent drops on average, gives the chance for Elder chaos robes and there's a ton of them so cannoning makes it extremely quick. If a PKer does come, you just tele out and finish them in the Edgeville dungeon at level 2 wild with no risk for dying at all.

Magic axe: They are deep wild, however they're extremely low hp, and you can lock yourself in with lockpick with an easy escape chance at resource area. Believe it or not, you can also cannon inside that little cage so it's an EXTREMELY fast task. In and out super quick.

Hellhound: Great task if you're willing to cannon in Forinthy dungeon, otherwise they're not really worth it.

Greater Demons: Extremely fast task to cannon in Forinthy dungeon with decent average drops, but not worth it if you don't cannon.

Green Dragons: At first I used to have these blocked, but honestly they're pretty good.  cannoning them in Forinthy dungeon is definitely worth it. If you don't cannon, it's best to go to east or west dragons and just farm up the D bones and Hides

Bandits: I have a very rocky relationship with bandits, but they are a fantastic task. Bandit camp has A TON of bandits so if you cannon it goes by really quick, It's very easy to see a PKer coming too if you're paying attention.

Skeletons: Just run up to where the Runecrafting chaos druid guy is, and there's like a 6 or 7 spawn there, it's extremely easy to cannon/kill, and very low risk.

Scorpions: The scorpions are in the same wild level as the skeletons, just run farther West. Slightly more tedious but still worth it.

Spiders: Edgeville dungeon Red spiders are an extremely fast task, it's always worth banging it out. Pick up red spiders eggs passively while doing the task if you need secondaries for super restores.

Mammoths: Extremely good task, they drop Medium clue scrolls, there's a large spawn in low wild so they're safe and easy to cannon.

DO WILDERNESS BOSSES AT YOUR OWN LEISURE.
I actually skip all wilderness bosses, because I'm quite lazy and I think they're all annoying, safe-spotable or not, but they are worth doing if you want the loot tbh.

Different Gear Presets for Different Tasks. IMPORTANT: EXCHANGE THE EMBLEM FOR THE ONE YOU WANT TO UPGRADE AFTER LOADING THE DESIRED PRESET.

    image.png.295315db2a5c24d87890944b819c5f76.pngDefault Preset

This preset is my bread and butter. Several things you notice is that I'm actually 3 iteming with the Slayer helm/whip/Berserker ring, why is that? It's not because I'm afraid of getting smited, I mean sure, you'll lose the dragon defender, but they are relatively easy to get back honestly. If you're not cannoning, I recommend just bringing 1 extra super combat, 2 prayer, and 1. brew/restore. Another thing is the 700 cannonballs, that might seem like a decent amount, but it ensures you don't have to bank for more. Also, if you don't have the Kourend Achievement diary done, don't worry about the blessing. If you're a normal account or an Ironman with a good supply, you can use glories, but I just felt like Strength/Power amulets are a budget replacement that work just fine. Maximizing kill speed whilst minimizing risk. Prayer pots are always worth using, because you can buy more with the points you get from emblems. You will always profit. Lastly, the t4 emblem is there because it's not really worth starting from t1-t3 unless you have no other choice. I get a lot of t4+ dropped now that I do so much wild slayer, so that's why I have that tier as my placeholder instead of a t1.

    image.png.ab333cc314f093c322175d953937167d.pngGreen Dragons Preset

This preset is almost the same, but it has the antifire shield instead, along with food replacement because of the Dragon-fire instead of so many prayer pots/brews/restores.

    image.pngEdgeville Dungeon Black Demons

    THIS IS A SPECIAL EXCEPTION.

This preset is extremely high risk and ONLY for Black Demons in the Edgeville dungeon. It's extremely easy to escape, and PKers never come here, so I just try to kill them as fast as humanly possible. If PKers see this thread and start camping me, I'll just go back to the first preset, but this still works for now. Forinthy dungeon also has black demons, but I don't go there with this risk, that would be idiotic.

    image.png.27a8c5f04f4aff47f408512246d4a0db.pngRevenant Slayer

On the off chance I do Revenants, this is the preset I bring. Extra brews+ Antivenom because the chance of a PKer coming within the task is extremely high. The crossbow could also be substituted with a blowpipe/Craws bow but I think Zulrah is way too tedious and I can't be asked, especially after I got the pet at like 40 kc -.-

EDIT: Cresinkel (shoutout to him) informed me that Salve amulet and slayer helm DO NOT STACK, so you can swap out slayer helm for a different item to risk and just keep the salve amulet.

    Conclusion

I know it's a lot to read, but I did my absolute best, and if it even helps one new player, I'll consider this guide a huge success. Please let me know in the comments down below or over discord if you have anything you'd like me to add to this guide, and I'll catch y'all in the wild! -Goose
