5. Recruiting Staff Members:   Reaching out to specific players for potential staff roles could be beneficial.  Depending on what position you're trying to fill, a certain player might be a good fit and not even realize it.  Even if that "interview/job offer" doesn't lead to any change in personnel, I'm sure the player base would still appreciate the fact that you are paying attention to what the community itself is up to and acknowledging the efforts of those to whom you reach out.

6. Server Events:   I personally enjoy hide and seeks for selfish personal reasons.  More Pest Control events would a big help for the influx of newer players to obtain the void knight equipment, as well as allowing a chance to highlight the reward shop rework that was recently implemented.  I know it can be really frustrating for players trying to earn some Pest Points, and not ever having anyone to play.  I actually made another account when I was needing to grind out some PC just to help keep enough players on board.

Seriously the one item I've been searching for since I started playing here, and was going to suggest it be added. Thanks for beating me to it. Big thumbs up on this rework.
