    Additionally Something beings stronger than something else isn't problematic.
    The defence stats on PvP gear rarely matter for high end content because the content is designed with you mess up you die in mind.

    You can't tank Jad, you have to pray
    You can't tank Zulrah, you have to pray properly or die.

    Elysion spirit shield is a god tier shield. what is the balance factor? Its rare.

    This game has tiers of gear and something being the best shouldn't matter.
    Inquisitors +10str and +2.5% Acc and Dmg for Crush and 5 Prayer
    Vesta's is a plus 9 STR
    Defence stats rarely matter in this game because its built around mess up and die.


    Justiciar has a dmg reduction built in which is what makes the elysion so strong. It is just better than statius for tanking.

    Try to do Zuk by tanking, you just die.

    They are already the most expensive pieces of gear in the game, why tax or nerf them.
    Outside of Morrigans Vanilla OSRS has an upgrade to every piece of PVP Gear.

    Morrigan's Vs Armadyl
    Loses the Prayer bonus otherwise an upgrade

    Ancestral Robes Vs Zurial's
    %Magic dmg on Robes makes it hands down better

    Vesta Beats Bandos but loses the prayer bonus but is beat by inquisitors.

    Statius is Beat by justiciar for tank gear due to its passive.

    But in OSRS upgrades aren't a bad thing. Twisted Bow is BiS and rare. Should we make that degradable or nerf it because its the best thing for all content? No. Its rare and expensive. 

    The option should be pulled IMO if not to influence the decision but rather to see where the player base actually is. If 95% of players pick no change push on with what ever vision you want but at least acknowledge its against what players want.

    Stuff I said no to:
    3:Upgrade Tokens: Because these are capped at Dragon, the vendor in town already does this and renders it mute IMO.


    5:Skilling Outfits: (I said yes) I love collectables in games, having tiers of skilling outfits would also be an idea (Lumber Jack t1->5) as by the time you get t1 on a 50/25 your probably 99 it helps with the grind to 200m

    6: Skilling Outfits: I don't think they should as it makes sense as a grind point (Granted if they were made obtainable that way I wouldn't really mind.)

    7: Voting: You guys need votes to get more people on the server. You can guarantee votes by throwing bonus' to the players. But it has to be a fine line where the best gp per hour isn't just logging in every 12 hours to vote. Cosmetically speaking it might be possible.

    12/13/14: I love new collectables and the rings sound great.

    How far did you make it UIM like which grinds blocked you, I tried a UIM alt and gave up after like 3 hours from frustration.  Kinda curious what killed your enjoyment of the gamemode.
