UPDATE TIME!!

Decided to do this as a separate reply to the overall thread.  The main thread will have any and all goals/tasks marked off but I want these separate posts as a timeline journal of account activity.  We had hit 7 days playtime earlier this week and overall almost a month since Zenyte 2 launched!

We have completed 5 tasks/goals so 5 caskets available to me to use, Used them so far and got some cool stuff that will stay banked for a while and also got an elite with a Zeah step!  Its a long way from completion and requires a bob shirt... which I'm not sure how to get!

Still doing a lot of Wintertodt, but when it got busy a few times, took a break  to level up some mining!  Learned the hard way that lovakite is not a good xp/hour grind so we doing a lot of coal in our future!

 

Hit 99 Firemaking of course but also 50 Million experience too!!!  We are now around 80 Million xp and still hunting for that pet and axe!

Lastly, wanted to show off the KC and Loot from Wintertodt so far!  Its not perfect as any lobster or shark I get it getting banked in my skilling tab due to fishing grind earlier, but overall this is about what 144 kills at WT produces,  Will update at 200!

 

Anyway that is some of the major progress points on the account, also closing in on total level of 1000!!  The 24s are obviously from lamping, wanted to get rapid restore without incidentally increasing my HP!

Hello my wonderful Zenytes, Zenytians?  Zenytizens?  I wish I saved a copy of the old forum layout for this wonderful adventure and was even debating recreating a post for it but, this log is both for myself in tracking my commitment to completing this endeavor while also engaging with all you great people.  I am so glad that this community is still thriving and alive and excited for this new chance at a clean attempt!

Those that may not know or remember, I was attempting a Zeah only ironman, originally 5x, as a side thing while working on my Main Hardcore 10x before.  I played off and on for now gosh 3 years and this still is the server I hold dearly.    A bit background on me, the time around me starting into Zenyte was right when I made my big move across country to now in Colorado, US, for a job in the finance industry and didn't feel I had the time for proper RS playtime and was looking for something that can be a bit more relaxing.  I am still out in Colorado and enjoying a good time in this high-altitude air!

On to what this forum thread will track (Proper formatting and table will be set in the near future), I am going back to my attempt of completing all I can while still on Zeah (with some exceptions).  Obviously it is not fleshed out for the area so some exceptions of training to x level of a skill to start training on Zeah and other things will be allowed.  The overall goal is to complete as much as possible of the collection log and to hit max level on each skill while in this area.

The Old Checklist is below also here were some of the immediate exceptions and starting needs.
15 Agility outside of Zeah due to need for barbarian fishing. Will not get this until I meet the fishing and strength requirements first.

Bird traps (there is a crate search on OSRS, will just buy in Zenyte home area)  (Need level 9 Hunting to start hunting in Zeah)

Donator/Voting shop - can use voting/donator shop for like gem/herb bags but only if I have completed a checklist item (kinda like a reward). Same went for clues and the clue skip item.

The Exceptions and path going forward!

15 Agility - Instead of waiting for lamping, we went to gnome course and got 15 after hitting 48 fishing and 15 strength through crab smacking!  (Completed)!

Bird Traps - Crate still no work so we will buy these at Zenyte home - Lamped to atleast 9 hunting (Completed)!

Donator/Voting Shop

Allowed items:

• Gem, herb, rune bag/pouches
  • Must hit 70 in the respective skill (Crafting/mining, herblore, and magic/runecrafting) to acquire respective item
  • Must complete at least two below goals to "cash in" exception
• Sherlock notes
  • Will not count towards clue scroll goal below if no steps were completed on Zeah
  • Can only buy with vote points (limits to 6 possible per day)
  • Must complete a goal for each casket that did not have a step completed on Zeah before opening

Another great rewards is from voting, you'll get some cash, which, hey, you can drop it if that's too much of a reward for you, but most importantly you get clue scrolls. Of course it's entirely up to you, but these are just my thoughts on the matter, it'll allow you some more content, which I think is a bonus seeing as you've got a restricted account!  

Very true, and I think with the cash, I will track that via tracking my votes and keep it separate as it is an extreme amount of cash.  When I finish this challenge we can see how much gold I have acquired via voting

I have updated this post, but also am on the fence on a few things tailored for this server, i.e. vote points specifically.
I am not sure if I should allow myself to utilize both vote points and loyalty points, and if I did should I give limits to it.  For example, only can get an item after a checklist item is completed or other achievements?

After a rough year I decided to come back to Zenyte and what better way than to revive a fun challenge I started before.  I will be updating in this thread the continuation of my Kourend Only Ironman.   I had a folder with pictures of progress and goals and will hopefully find those soon to add here. 

EDIT: Below is the official Checklist, but I do still aim to acquire every item or make every item possible just so I can.

EXCEPTIONS

1. Can leave to claim skillcapes and any equipment that fully blocks the ability of a skill
2. Can also leave or acquire items that in OSRS are available on Zeah, but only can do so once I am eligible for them (Level requirement for example)
3. Clue Scrolls - I can use sherlock notes but atleast one step must be completed on Zeah to count for Checklist.  I gave an extra restriction of no more than 2 sherlock notes, so if it doesn't hit, oh well

 

What are the hurdles for this challenge?

•  Well first off to even start slayer, I have to reach 75 Combat so I will have to wait a bit before any slayer training starts.
• Hunter skilling, I did research prior on this and I think it is possible for me to level Hunter, if not, I will have to find some other method if possible. Lamping.. All the Lamping
• Runecrafting....
• Since Kourend is not fully fleshed out there is some content missing that fills a few gaps when it comes to leveling and general completion of the challenge, but I will find a way to work around this.

For this checklist I grabbed the one I used for OSRS but removed Quests and PoH, Some of these others may also be unobtainable in Zenyte, the list will be changed accordingly when that happens.  Also I may add more but under the title of "Achievements"  This would be like 500 Wintertodt Kills. 
 

3rd Progress Update

Well its been about half a year since last major update.  A lot has happened irl, moved across the country for a new job and been trying to get settled in.  Some stuff to address that Zenyte has added.  Tithe Farming first and foremost!  I have added farmers outfit to my checklist.  Also thinking of linking a google doc to better organize progress (going to have a checklist and an achievement list), plus I can have photos in there more easily!   Oh almost forgot Shayzien armor, yeah gonna dd those to the checklist
So what has been done.  Well will be reaching level 90 Woodcutting soon after I post this.  Have completed the Lumberjack outfit (yay!!), and have gotten one more level of Runecrafting! (Thanks lamps!)  Just 32 more levels before the real grind begins >:).  Short update, but will have a lot more in the next one!  TonyKourend returns from the dead!!

2nd Progress Update

Alrighty updated this with the checklist, so far not much progress since last post. I have gotten 60 Magic now while trying to get a rune pickaxe from animated picks, had to stop so as to not pass 50 health as chocolate cakes are my main food source for Wintertodt.  Hope to have a larger Progress update this weekend.

WEEKEND PROGRESS UPDATE

Sadly, with me focusing Wintertodt for Dragon Axe and Pet, the lumberjack outfit and other goals were put on hold.  Averaging 3k points and doing about another 25 kc, came to 6 rolls (pre-donator rank) per run for a total roll amount of 150 rolls.  There were more double rolls for duplicates on the pyro gear.  Of course this is only a fraction of the drop rates..

I expect another 100kc before pet and another atleast 100kc for dragon axe if averaging 3k points.  May look at doing longer runs.

Picture updates!  Got another 100 levels in skills.  Took everyone's advice on the voting, and used some for sherlock notes.  So completed a clue and got nothing really xD.  Did get the lumberjack hat before heading back to WT
