Hello! my opinion on this is no one is really breaking any rules advertising their cc. The only rules being broke is the fact everyone is bashing each other. People are allowed to advertise their clan as they wish, my polite suggestion to you is to block these players if they are annoying you. Plus the help chat is meant for helping others not advertising CCs. I think staff just need to handle more of bashing other players than worrying about advertisement of in game content.
