I have idea which could bring a lot of new players.
In OSRS community is very popular HC PVP so I suggest new gamemode PVP Hardcore ironman - same restriction as normal hardcor ironman but everyone in combat bracket (20levels +-) would be able to attack them except safe zones (home,banks + some exceptions) After you die your acc will turn in normal ironman or just delete acc.
This is just idea and I am sure that there is a lot of things to add.
