Add an option to toggle to right click in order attack a clan mate to the combat settings (click where available, ecc), thus an option to NOT attack clan mates with left click
It improves multi pking because this option eliminates clicking on enemy players when there is a clan fighting another clan, thus this is friends-chat restricted
Note that this is only for normal attack click (melee/range/autocasts) , this means that if you have a spell ready to be cast (not in autocasts like teleblock) and the mouse pointer is on someone, the toggle option doesnt apply
