Sorry to say but first of all this is not the efficient way to go off when starting a hardcore ironman its the most time wasted version of a guide i have seen sorry to say but if you want me to tell you exactly why send me a dm or smt but yeah i would not RECCOMEND using this guide for anything else then beginners.
