Before you try and comment about this not working, Here is a little clip of me putting it to test

First go to your RuneLite options and enable "Stretched Mode" 

• Second download "Splashtop" from the App store
• Thirdly download "Splashtop streamer" on your desktop https://www.splashtop.com/downloads
• 
• Then you want to create an account on splashtop, and follow the on screen steps on your mobile device to link your up to your PC
• Fiddle about with the settings to suit your needs like so;
• 
• Decide where you would like your mouse buttons, or you can just use the touchscreen instead
• 
• And finally when you are done the finished product will look something like this depending on your settings
