This might come as a surprise whilst we are in beta phase for TOB to have a skilling method come out. I must thank @BurninLovefor giving me the inspiration for this part of the update. This training method has been implemented identical to OSRS with 2 exceptions: the rate of catching a Golden Tench and Molch Pearls. The rate for the golden tench has been reduced to 1/2k instead of 1/20k and the formula for Molch Pearls is as shown below.

Molch Pearls Formula:
1 in (99 - (3x/4)) where x = ((2 * fishing level + hunter level) / 3)

Which means:
1/25 for 99 hunter and 99 Fishing
1/32 for 90 hunter and 90 Fishing
1/39 for 80 hunter and 80 Fishing
....

 

Other Changes:

• Fixed the deposit box at karambwans so it is no longer available off-event

• Chambers of Xeric uniques do no longer get spoiled before opening the chest

• Can now right click "Event" on the Well of Goodwill to see how much is left for the next event to trigger

• Made the messages showing what events are live make more sense

• Discord will now get a message in #broadcasts whenever an event is triggered

• You can now use a fishing explosive on Kraken to awake it.

• Crabs in the Chambers of Xeric no longer die to vengeance

• Chambers of xeric's now has a personal best timer

• A varbit crossover was fixed so the 2fa line in the game noticeboard is no longer effected by something else

• Added failure messages to Grotesque Guardians for the Perfect GG 1 and 2 tasks

• Fixed the Perfect GG 2 task

• Added streak messages to show what streak of perfect kills you are on doing the Perfect GG 2 task

• A Not So Special Lizard task now only sends failure messages if you are in a solo raid

• You can now talk to Jane at the Farming guild to trade in spirit tree seeds and saplings for seed packs.

• Added missing examine messages for objects, npcs and items around the game

• Slayer skillcape perk now also triggers if you have the cape in your inventory

• Added a couple commands for staff quality of life

• Added ::eventtele for player use, this command will teleport you to the current event after the host has set the location. This will be used for example in gwd masses

• You can now explore the White Wolf Mountain Dungeon where the Ice Queen resides and kill her for ice gloves

• Zamorak grapes will now be doubled on farming

• A new deposit box for the deposit box event has been put in the swamps of morytania near a farming spot for mortmyre fungus

• Added the Trail Blazer (T3) outfit to the game, buy-able in the event store

• Added the castle wars armours to the loyalty store

• Bonds have gained examine texts to explain what they do

• Adamant and Rune dragon will now drop their bars noted if you have the hard or elite Western Provinces diaries done respectfully

• The delay on charging orbs has been reduced

• The pet variants for jad and mole pets have been added

• The jar of darkness now drops at a rate of 1/250 instead of 1/1875

• You now catch 2 chinchompas at once

• Some TOB bugs were patched that were found during beta testing

• The edgeville emblem trader now has the option to note potions that you buy from him

• ::checkdd command has been made accessible for players, it shows the list of doubled drops

• Fixed a small bug with COX and TOB pb timer

• Made TOB beta testing more accessible by not making it a hardcoded list of people but being able to add and remove people from the list of allowed beta testers

• Canifis rooftop course lap counter fixed
