Report a Player and Staff Reports Hello Community, I have recently been in discussion with members of the Staff Team and I would like to address some of the issues that have risen from members of our community in this reminder thread. A Moderator is not required to react to every situation that occurs in-game because they have a lot of additional responsibilities such as bot-busting, bug testing, events, and many other non-disclosures. If you are being insulted or disrespected by another player it is your responsibility to report this player in our report a player section of discord. I have instructed our Moderators to start directing players to submit reports instead of investigating situations instantaneously and issuing punishments. This provides for a more thorough investigation and relieves some stress from our moderators. So if a Moderator requests that you submit a player report they are not trying to ignore your immediate concern however want to ensure your case gets the necessary attention and investigation it requires. I have also recently received a few reports from our moderators and administrators that we have a handful of repeat offenders whom have been pushing issues just far enough that it's become a nuisance however don't quite overstep the line. This type of behavior is not acceptable and I have instructed them to start disciplining these individuals as seen fit. So if your one of those players who take enjoyment out of annoying members of the Staff Team I would strongly discourage it. You will no longer be welcome on the server if it continues. The final reminder is we have a system set in place for reporting members of the Staff Team. It has become way to frequent that there is drama in the help CC, discord, and DMs about what so and so moderator or administrator has done. I review and handle all Staff Reports and I feel that I do so fairly so if you have a complaint or a issue with a member of the Staff Team please give me the decency and respect and report them for I can handle the situation professionally and promptly before getting other members of the community involved. Ironman Forum Group Guidelines As a Ironman you will have the ability to pick between Ironman, Hardcore Ironman and Ultimate Ironman forum groups. Donator Transfer Guides You must reply to this topic with a screenshot of your in-game ironman status (game noticebord preferred) If you remove or de-iron your ironman status you will need to contact a member of the Staff Team to have the group removed from your forum account. Requesting a Ironman Forum Group Reply with the following template: Your name: Ironman Status: Proof: Would you like this as your primary role?: Your name: Ironman Status: Proof: Would you like this as your primary role?: Note: A primary role means that your forum account will display the Ironman color, and layout instead of your current none-donator or donator status. Donator Transfer Guidelines Donator Transfers are a frequent request by members of our community and with limited Server Management it is important that we have a streamlined process in place to handle these. The following guidelines will be introduced in order to make this process more manageable. Donator Transfer Guides You will only be allowed to do 1 transfer for free after your first transfer you will need to donate 30M OSGP or $20. You will not be losing this because the credits and total donated will still be added to the account. You will only be allowed to do 1 transfer per week unless specific circumstances require it. (An example would be a death on a Hardcore Ironman) You will need to create a topic in the general support section on the forums using the correct template found below in order to be eligible. A Member of the Management Team will then reach out to you to schedule a time to do the donator transfer. You will need to have access to both accounts in order to complete the process. Here is an example of a reply to this thread that should be done within 24-48 hours of a referred player creating a new account! Username: John Smith Referred by: Yamato69 Once John Smith has created 96 hours (4) days of in-game time he will then create a thread as described above.

Refer a Friend Guidelines Refer a Friend Program is a program that allows member(s) of our community to obtain up to a Emerald role without utilizing any type of real life or in-game currency. You just need to invite your friends to join you on your adventure! Hello Snake, I actually just learned Vorkath myself I would say about two to three weeks ago! This guide really hit on most of the bulletins that I had questions with. The one thing I did at first is I ran around Vorkath like a chicken with his head cut off haha! You stood more toward the front and only moved when needed which raised your DPS. I am going to keep that in mind. - Matt
