    About the staff application process, I think both applications and reaching out would be ideal. Some people may not think they're good enough to be a staff member just because of anxiety or something like that. So they may never put themselves in the running even if they are a great fit for it.

    Great survey. Regarding question #5, I truly believe that having a staff member approaching is far better because some people might not really understand what the Staff role is or maybe would like to try to be one but are shy to do the applications.
